Born in São Paulo, based in Barcelona, his work moves between intimate portraiture and raw documentary observation, drawn to the body, to skin and gesture, and to the unstaged moments of everyday life.

Photography is, for Felipe, a tool for self-knowledge and a practice of presence. His images sit in black and white as often as color. Whether staged or found, his images share a sense of closeness and attention.

Felipe is also a creative director, executive producer, and co-founder of SIERRA, a creative production house based in Barcelona and Amsterdam.
